Fiberr Reinforced Resins – Turkey

Founded in 2011, Fiberr Reinforced Resins operates a large-scale composites manufacturing campus on 155 acres near the Port of Izmir, Turkey. Our facility produces high-quality FRP profiles, panels, and composite products for global markets, supported by advanced production technology and strict quality control standards.

Fiberr USA – Fort Lauderdale, FL

Founded in 2022, Fiberr USA serves as the exclusive representative of Fiberr Reinforced Resins in the Americas. Acting as direct factory representatives rather than a traditional distributor, we add no additional cost layer, enabling customers to access world-class FRP products at some of the most competitive prices in the Americas.

We eliminate the middleman to reduce your costs and improve your margins.

Certifications

Quality and sustainability are fundamental to our manufacturing philosophy. Our operations are supported by internationally recognized certifications that reflect our commitment to consistent product quality, responsible environmental practices, and safe working conditions.

Manufacturing Processes

Fiberr us unique in that we support all the key FRP manufacturing processes from our 155-acre manufacturing process manufacturing complex.

Pultrusion is a continuous manufacturing process used to produce strong, lightweight FRP structural profiles with consistent cross-sections. It is commonly used for beams, channels, angles, tubes, and structural components where high strength, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability are required.

Molded FRP grating is produced by combining continuous fiberglass strands with thermoset resin in heated molds to form a single, integral panel. It is widely used for industrial walkways, platforms, trenches, and chemical environments where corrosion resistance, slip resistance, and durability are critical.

Continuous lamination is used to manufacture flat and corrugated fiberglass reinforced panels and sheets by combining glass fibers and resin in a controlled, continuous production line. This process produces lightweight, durable panels used in construction, transportation, refrigeration, and industrial cladding applications.

Compression molding forms complex FRP parts by applying heat and pressure to fiber-reinforced resin within a closed mold. This process is ideal for producing high-strength molded components with precise shapes, smooth surfaces, and consistent quality.

  • 02. Laboratory Services
  • Fiberr maintains in-house laboratory capabilities to support material development, product testing, and quality verification. Our lab team performs mechanical, thermal, and performance testing to ensure that our composites consistently meet international standards and demanding application requirements.

  • 03. Machine Shop Services
  • Fiberr operates an internal machine shop that designs and manufactures molds, tooling, and production fixtures used throughout our composite manufacturing processes. We also manufacture our own pultrusion dies for custom shapes, allowing us to significantly reduce tooling costs and lead times while accelerating the development of new profiles.

  • 04. Power Generation
  • Fiberr generates 100% of the operating power required for our manufacturing campus, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted production. This 9 megawatt infrastructure strengthens operational stability, protects critical manufacturing processes, and allows us to maintain consistent delivery schedules for customers worldwide.

Fiberr is expanding its vertical integration to include in-house production of isophthalic polyester resin using the polycondensation (polyesterification) process. This chemical process reacts glycols with isophthalic acid and other components under controlled conditions to produce high-performance polyester resins used in FRP manufacturing. Producing resin internally will allow Fiberr to better control material quality, formulation consistency, and long-term supply stability.

Future surface veil manufacturing will further strengthen Fiberr’s control over composite performance and finish quality. Producing veil materials internally will allow tighter integration with our pultrusion and lamination processes while supporting long-term product development and quality consistency.

    Global Reach

Fiberr has built long-standing relationships with customers around the world by delivering consistent quality, reliable supply, and competitive composite solutions. Through the partnership of Fiberr Reinforced Resins in Turkey and Fiberr USA, we combine global manufacturing strength with local expertise to provide responsive service, technical support, and direct factory access for customers throughout the Americas.
